Qualifications

Steven Boyle brings over two decades of hands-on experience in home remodeling, system diagnostics, and industrial maintenance to every home inspection he performs. He is an InterNACHI Certified Professional Inspector, a state-licensed home inspector, and has been HVAC certified since 2009. He also holds specialized training in radon testing and sewer scope inspections, and continues to expand his expertise through ongoing education.

Before launching his home inspection business, Steven owned and operated a full-service home remodeling company and spent more than 10 years in industrial maintenance. His wide-ranging expertise includes electrical, plumbing, HVAC, framing, roofing, flooring, hydraulics, pneumatics, welding, and complex machine repair. He also holds a degree in Automation and Controls with a focus on Robotics, giving him a unique advantage in evaluating modern building systems from both structural and technical perspectives.
